Joss Cues: Joss Cues was born in 1968 in a two-car garage in Baltimore. Working with one ancient manual lathe, one butcher-shop band saw, one drill press, and one work bench, the two founders and former road players took some of contemporary cue making’s first steps away from the traditional four-prong design, innovating the "floating points" concept and many others. Their unique ideas coupled with their personal relationships with the best players of the times helped make Joss virtually an instant success. Joss has remained at the forefront of cue making in the more than three decades. Joss Cues is a real family effort which results in a company that cares about its product and clients.

Construction: Joss Cues are made from only the finest exotic woods to create incredibly beautiful cues.

Shaft: The shaft of every Joss cue is made of straight-grained, hard Canadian maple that is Kiln-dried and turned over a period of 6-8 months. Then, the shaft is treated with Nelsonite, a resin that penetrates the wood and replaces moisture to prevent warping.

Joint: Stainless Steel joints are precision machined and hand-polished to bring out an incredible shine and great look.

Ferrule: The ferrule is a "linen-based phenolic" - which is machined into a high-impact, crack-resistant ferrule.

Wrap: Every Joss cue is wrapped in the finest Irish linen for the finest look and feel available in a pool cue.
